Elizabeth Brown is thankful that union representative Diana O’Brien was in her corner when she faced a difficult situation at work.
“The union stepped in and was a voice when I didn’t have one,” said Elizabeth, who has worked at No Frills for 10 years. “The union came without judgement, met with me and helped solve a problem that I couldn’t deal with on my own.”
Elizabeth said the situation at work brought her close to quitting. "In one 10 minute meeting, Diane did for me what I couldn’t do for myself. She saved my job so thank you Diana.”
