UFCW Canada Local 1006A is proud to announce Jonathan Lobo has been named Coordinator-Central Region and Lesley Prince has been named Coordinator of the Organizing Department.
“I am pleased to congratulate Leslie and Jonathan on their new roles and look forward to working with them to better serve our membership,” said President Wayne Hanley. “1006A members as well as workers looking for union representation can count on our highly skilled and dedicated staff to provide them with outstanding union representation that puts them first."
Lesley came to the local union from UFCW Canada’s National Office where she held several roles since 2005. She has worked as an organizer for the local union.
Jonathan has served the local union as a steward, union representative, organizer and most recently the Coordinator of the Organizing Department. His skills will now be used to assist the members within the Central region.
