Local 1006A is inviting our members to join us to celebrate Pride virtually, reflect on its historic roots, and renew our commitment to social justice.
The event will take place on Friday, June 26, 2020 from 6 pm to 7:30 p.m. The UFCW Canada interactive event will feature:
- Members’ stories from across the country
- Conversations with Labour and Queer activists in the US and Canada
- Discussion with Black Lives Matter TO steering committee member Ravyn Wngz
- Breakout groups for participants to meet each other
- Music and entertainment
