UFCW 1006A kicked off Pride season in style, with members and staff gathering to march in Brockville and Kingston.
"We are proud to be a strong voice for equality and fairness in our workplaces and our communities across Ontario," said President Wayne Hanley.
The Brockville Pride event took place on June 7 and Kingston Pride took place on June 14. Thank you to all who participated.
On June 29, we are participating in Canada's largest Pride Parade in downtown Toronto. Our members and staff will join thousands of participants in voicing our support for equal rights and standing up against discrimination and hate.

"In our union, everyone belongs and we are proud to stand in solidarity with our members from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community," said President Hanley.
In addition, our 1006OUTreach committee is also celebrating pride in London (July 20) and Ottawa (August 24).
