UFCW 1006A members at Telepartners Call Centre in Toronto ratified a new union contract.
The term of the contract is August 11, 2025 to August 10th, 2028 and covers six members.
“I want to congratulate our members at Telepartners Call Centre on achieving a fair and strong union contract,” said President Wayne Hanley. “UFCW representation gives workers the power to improve their rights and working conditions.”
Negotiations were led by Union Representatives Joe Blythe and Greg Sibley.
UFCW 1006A represents two Telepartners bargaining units.
