Members at Maple Leaf Poultry have strongly voted to ratify a new four-year union contract with a new closure agreement.
UFCW Canada Local 1006A raised $51,006 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC).
Local 1006A members came out in force to the 2019 Canada National Indigenous People Day Conference.
Local 1006A had a strong presence at UFCW Canada's Young Workers Conference. The event took place in Ottawa from May 25 to 27, bringing together young members from across the country.
