On behalf of UFCW 1006A, I want to wish you and your family a Happy New Year.
2020 has been a year of massive change as the world has faced economic and social upheaval. The emergence and rapid spread of COVID-19 has drastically affected the lives of our members and everyone in Canada.
On December 6th 1989, a gunman murdered 14 women at Montreal’s Ecole Polytechnique because they were women.
Today as always, we continue the struggle to build a more just world for all Canadians, remembering that when workers are united and committed, we can transform our workplaces, cities and country.
Your union movement is a force for good at work and in our communities – thank you for being part of the UFCW 1006A family.
