UFCW Canada's WebCampus continues to be a big hit among Local 1006A members. The education program offers free online courses to members and their families.

April 28 is the National Day of Mourning, a global event dedicated to remembering workers killed, injured or made ill on the job. It is a day to strengthen our commitment to preventing future tragedies. 

UFCW Canada Local 1006A proudly joined community and labour allies and activists for Equal Pay Day in downtown Toronto on April 11, 2017.

On April 12, join UFCW Canada Local 1006A in observing the International Day of Pink and taking a stand against bullying, homophobia, transphobia and transmisogyny.

Equal Pay Day, which falls on April 11 this year, is a stark reminder of how far we as a society have to go before we truly achieve gender equality.
