Update – UFCW International Convention – Election Results
Polls for the Local 1006A UFCW International Convention delegate & alternate election came to a close on Thursday November 30, 2017.
Workers at Doubletree Hilton London ratified a new union contact with increases to wages and improvements to benefits.
UFCW Canada Local 1006A members and staff marched in Take Back the Night to help eliminate violence against women.
Wage increases were among the many gains achieved by 1006A members at Essex Linen, who ratified a new union contract.
