Joshua Robichaud’s journey as a UFCW Canada member began when he started working as an order picker at Summit Foods in 2003. Through the years, he worked his way up, working as forklift driver, receiver and shipper and loader. He became a union steward and grew to understand the importance of having a strong voice and leadership at work. In 2022, Joshua was hired as a 1006A Union Representative and currently services workplaces in a variety of sectors including grocery retail, laundry and food processing. He is motivated by helping members in any way possible, from a simple call to fighting for someone’s job.
