As a former No Frills worker, Amanmeet is inspired to advocate for members and ensure they are treated fairly and with respect at work. Prior to joining UFCW 1006A as a Union Representative in 2024, she worked a variety of jobs, including five years at UFCW Canada as a National Representative. Amanmeet has a degree in Sociology with a minor in Political and Indigenous studies and a Diploma in Social Service Work.
