1006A members at Rowland’s YIG have ratified a new union contract with several gains.
In March 8, millions of women and allies will take to streets across the globe for International Women’s Day to march for equality.
Approximately 50 workers at the Yonge & Dundas location in Toronto voted 100% in favour of joining Local 1006A.
This first agreement includes big wins, such as a 39 hour per week guarantee for all full-time transit operators as well as 24 hours per year of paid sick time.
